1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 175000 miles

Every now and then my engine will die while I am driving. This usually happens within 10 minutes of starting car. Sometimes I can feel the car wanting to stall, (like a hiccup) but it continues ok. When it stalls I will pull over and usually it will start right back up. Today it happened again, this time it took a couple of times and it finally started. This has never happened once the car has been driven for more than 20 minutes or so. Is this electrical or fuel problem?

I've had the same kind of problem happening with my car lately. And from reading tons of these feedbacks, it seems that a lot of problems stem from the Honda Accords ignition switch. Which I recently learned that on these makes and models between the years of 1997-1999 they've had a recall on the iginition switch. All you have to do to get it fixed is schedule an appointment with a Honda dealership, and they'll do it for free. You can register your car with Honda owner website and it'll show you the recall and tell you more about it. Hope this helps some. If not your iginition switch then possibly the dealership can help give you a better idea.
