1999 Honda Accord Automatic 155, 00 miles

I put gas in my car from Citgo, immediately after doing that my car starting driving funny. It started to jerk as if it was going to take off and it did that a couple of times. Then it started to slow down like it was going to stop or shut off but it didn't and then it would take off again driving like normal and it did that a couple time and then eventually it shut down. It would start but it wouldn't stay running. What could possibly be the problem?

May have water in the gas. Buy a bottle of gas treatment HEET or what ever and pour it in your tank. Follow directions on bottle.
Did you run out of gas completely before the refill?

The thing about running the fuel injected vehicles dry is the fuel pump picks up sediment from the bottom of the tank. When you refill the tank it stirs all this dirt and sediment up which is then pumped to your filter. It will run a lot better if you replace the fuel filter.

I'm not sure how the feeback thing works? I've tried to give you feedback but it keeps giving me this error message that says "general error" "you can't give more points than you have" or "why give zero"
