1998 Honda Accord Starting

The car will not start when it rains. When the car drys, it will start. I have checked the spark plugs and that is not the problem. Any suggestions?

Check your distributor cap. The car will not start if there is moisture inside the cap. Make sure the gasket is sealing tight.
