Check engine light came on recently,used OBDII
scanning device and came up with the code for a bad O2 sensor.Replaced same with OEM sensor,quick
and easy.... Do I have to reset engine light code,and
how do I do it? Because the Engine Light is still on.

You could use your scanner or by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds.
