Car dies unexpectedly driving doewn freeway. Used to happen infrequently now more often used to start right up now having to turn ignition several timmes b4 it will start acts like not getting fuel, all power in dash is gone =blinkers etc except hazards. Was thinking it was fuel pump or filter but why the electrical failure?

Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, but I would replace filter if over a year or two anyway.

The fact that you are losing power indicates an ignition switch problem, or possibly a main engine relay.

I had the same problem. Its the ignition switch. Take it to honda and they may replace it for free.
