Hello,

i bought my honda accord and I have been driving it for 4 months now. This months I notice that the car is begining to overheat. So I check the radiator and nothing is wrong. So I change the hose, but it's still the same. My car smell like coolant and its overheating. I need help and tips for making this go away.

Check and make sure the cooling fans are working, they should kick on at 200F or so, if not then check fan motor by removing connector and connecting directly to 12V, if fan works, then fuse or relay.

Other possibilities are thermostat or waterpump.

Have cooling system pressure tested for leaks.

DO NOT allow this engine to overheat, it can warp, crack the head if driven hot.
