Hi there,

Start with am engine scan to check for any set fault codes, and have a full tune done as often this type of a problem is just tune related, start here.

Thank you for the reply.I have one last question. Is the plug behind the ashtray a obd2 port or do I have to jump the connector under the glove compartment?

HI there,

It should be a blue 3 pin connector below glove box,
now I am in Australia and that is what my scanner is telling me.

If am reading the code right its code number 16 which I believe is fuel injectors. Just wondereing what the connector behind the ashtray is?Someone told it was for the scan tools but I thought that was for 96 and newer cars. Once again thank you for the help.
