1991 Honda Accord won't start

Turns over but wont start, replaced wires, plugs. Motor is in time. It's getting spark, but wont start.

Ok your sure you have spark, so mostlikely you are not getting fuel so we need to figure this out. The car turns over but wont start correct? Do you hear the fuel pump coming on when you turn the key to the on position, have you checked the fuel filter, ?
