1991 Honda Accord WON'T START

Was running and died as if turning the key off. Acts like no fuel getting to the injectors. Tried cranking it, pulled sparks plugs, no fuel on the spark plugs. When checked for power at the injector wiring. Power on one side of connector on all four pins, if you run a sperate ground. Pretty sure that there is two pins on each plug, one should be ground and one hot with the key on, I think. Don't know what controlls the ground to the plugs. Followed the wires back and it looks like they go inside the car under the dash to a box. My quistion is are the other pins ground on those plugs, and if so, what controlls them beside the key switch?
