My honda turns over but will not start. Now on my shifter I have sport or normal option and when it doesnt start the 'S' for sport on my instrumental panel blinks. At first it was just once and a while it would do it, now it wont start at all and the 'S' blinks all the time. And again it wont start. I know the answer is starring right at me. I am so frustrated no work no funds but my wife needs this car badly and I cant figure it out. So if you could take your time to fill me in you would make my wife and me happy campers. Please and I cant thank you enough.

Hi Joelzak,

The PGM-FI main relay relay is faulty and all you need is a soldering gun and some solders to resolve the problem.

Remove the relay and resolder all the joints on the circuit board and it should work again. Take care not to get any terminals joined together due to overflowing of solders.

To remove the relay, unplug the connector and with your fingers, push at both sides from inner and oull the relay out. Save the trouble of removing the housing.
