At first the engine would start to turn over then stop. But now there is 1 click and thats it. Battery is charged and has enough cca to turn the engine over. I took the starter in and it tested fine. The wiring from the battery to the starter is in working order. I used a screw driver to jump the starter it turned over but would not fully start. What should I look at next?

Welcome. The purple wire at the starter solenoid should be hot, with key in the crank position, Is it? My info shows a starter relay, underhood fuse box. When the relay is energized, that purple wire goes hot. The voltage for the load/switch side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage for the coil side of relay, goes hot with the key in the crank position. These are two separate hot circuits, test for voltage.

I'd still have to make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good.
