After running the car and turning it off it will leak a good size amount of radiator fluid oly after turning it off not while running. It has not overheated and the fluid levels in the car seem fine even after leaking. Now the car will not start it will get power and tries to turn over but will not start is it related to the leak

I doubt the coolant leak is related to the no start. First, can you tell the aprox location of the coolant leak?

As far as the not start, have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?
