1990 Ford F-150 oil pressure

Oil pressure is good when cold. After warm pressure will drop if rpm under 1200

Try different viscosity oil, try going with a thicker kind.

If that isnt it thread in a oil pressure check guage and then check the oil pressure. A good rule of thumb is 10 psi per 1000 rpms.
