1982 Ford F-150 does not get fuel from tank to fuelpump

1982 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

truck does not get fuel from the tank to the fuel pump I put another fuelpump on it but it is not getting no fuel thr truck set up for awhile I bought the truck a few months ago.

Suspect debris in tank and sock on pick up clogged. Try blow compressed air back through gas cap offf
