I put on 4-wheel drive now it wont come off it only gose 30 mile now what do I need to do to get it off

It sounds like it is stuck in low lock. As far as the problem, I need you to check if there is power getting to the actuator on the transfer case. If there is, the actuator is most likely bad. (Not an uncommon problem).
