Most of the better parts stores will usually have them on the shelf. Just be sure it's one for fuel and not AC or tires.

So I put in a remanufactured engine in my truck after a broken rod took out the old engine, I'm now getting a lot of blue smoke from this new engine after it has warmed up under load and idle. What should my next step be?

I would contact the company that you got it from first, doing anything else could void any warranty on it. It might just need to be run hard a bit to get the rings to seal but they should be able to advise you. Then do what they say first. If that doesn't work tell them and return here.
