My 95 Dodge Intrepid engine will crank, but.A) won’t start b) no spark b) no power at the fuel pump, c) the fault codes won't flash (but check engine light works) d) relays and fuses all check ok. E) Checked connections at battery, PCM, fuel pump, etc. F) checked continuity in fuel pump wiring and is ok. So what do you think the problem is?

Hello, the computer controls the asd relay and fuel pump relay on the same ground circuit. If there is no ground, those relays won't work.

Did you check for primary voltage at the coil pack and injectors, engine cranking? The asd relay supplies voltage to both.

I believe the computer has to see the proper cam and crank signals or it won't ground those relays. You can check the sensor circuits.
