1999 Dodge Caravan car wont start

OK, I've checked battery-ok, almost 13 volts, checked the new starter, selinoid is hot!Put in new starter relay module, checked all cables from the battreyand the ground on engine block everything is clean and hot! Took it to auto parts store to run computer check-no codes!This van will not start!Is there something that I am missing? Alt. Is charging!Something is not right somewhere and I'm at my wits end

So when you turn ignition you're justing getting a click or are you getting anything at all? Could be bad ignition switch, try jumpering starter to bypass the switch. If jumpering starter makes engine crank over I would suspect faulty switch.
