1998 Dodge Caravan

When I try to start the engine it starts then shuts off, after several times it will not turn the engine over at all. Only half the dash lights come on, no odometer no shift letters. After waiting a while I put the kee in all lights work and the engine starts.
switched the key cylinder and switch out used parts from another van. Switched relays around nothing helped.

HELP PLEASE !

Does the vehicle have a factory alarm? Also, have any warning lights come on?

No factory alarm, does have a panic button on key fob. No warning lights on dash.

The issue now falls to the PCM. That is something that needs to be checked by a shop.
