2002 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

trailblazer will not start. Checked the spark and that was good, checked the fuel pressure and that was good. Help

What is the fuel pressure reading? And are the injectors pulsing?

Fuel pressure is at 48 osi but after 5 seconds it drops down to 44 or 45 psi and the injectors I did not check that

Okay with the fuel pressure -now crank engine over and listen to the injectors if its clicking/pulsing or use a noid lite

Got the trailblazer running, but it is running rough. I checked each coil by disconnecting the electrical connection of each one and I got a difference of idle drop on each one but the # 3 coil had no change in idle, and then two trouble codes : p0340 and p1515 did those codes come on from checking each coil the way I did or is it something else
