1996 Chevy Lumina wont start: Do you mean it cranks over and refuses to start or won't crank at all. Be specific of your problem and why are you concern with the fuse/s?

No it wont crank at all I am asking about a fuse because they the car shop said they had to replace it last time the radio did this is their a such thing as a black fuse thats bent
