1995 chevy Lumina battery was replaced now car wont start or crank. All dashlights come on. Car has pass-key ll system but car was rumming b4 battery was replaced with a jump

Sounds like the alarm is the cause of your problem, sounds like it immobilized the vehcile or the disconnect of the battery put it into a immobilized mode, I would try to disconnect it and see if it will start first look for a reset button underneath the dash.*Drivers side)
