1993 Chevy Lumina wont start

I bought the van and drove it about45 minutes to get it home. The next day I cant get it to start. We have put a new battery, fuel filter, spark plugs, fuel relay into it and when you trn the key it wants to start but it wont HELP HELP HELP

When you turn the key to run do you hear the fuel pump? If so do below

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge to make sure its within specs and check for injection pulses

Don't hear the fuel pump-check fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay

Go to the autoparts store and get a noid lite-hook it up on the injector wiring harness it should be flashing if the circuit is okay
