My 90 lumina is flooding very bad. When I took off the air filter cover to get a better look it had about a liter of fuel in the cover. I noticed that even with the key off it was dripping fuel out of the air intake where it was filling up the air filter. If I leave it sit for awhile it will start but then it starts sputtering and eventually dies. I am a little unsure where to start so any help would be greatly appreciated.

*UPDATE*

We loosened 3 hoses/lines attached to the throttle body right above the air intake and when we turned the key on fuel started pouring out of what looks to be a vacuum line. We still have no solution any help is appreciated.

Sounds like it is an issue with your fuel pressure regulator.

With engien running remove the vaccum line from it, is gas comign out of it? If so teh diaphragm is torn and you need a new regulator.
