1991 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the corsica I have will not start we have changed the fuel pump and filter, checked wires, checked the relay, and it is getting gas to the fuel rell. Spark plugs are good, and it has a brand new battery.
