1994 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 94 cavalier it hydro locked with fuel I got it to unlock and turn over but it dont want to start at all. There is no power after my brother hooked the battery up wrong to so there is nothing at all now I dont know where to start. What do u think I should do

Your saying it cranks good but won't start? Check all your fuses. If it cranks good, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Can you communicate with the computer, check for mil codes.
