1996 Chevy Astro wont start

It will not start unless you pour some gas in the air intake. Then it will start and idle but if you try to give more throttle it sounds and acts like it is running out of gas it has a new fuel pump and new plugs

It still sounds fuel related. There may be a plugged fuel filter or the fuel pressure regulator may be bad. I need you to check the pressure to the fuel rail. Here is a how to for checking it:
