I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE MY FRONT BRAKE PAD AND CANNOT DETERMINE WHICH ONE I NEED, DEALER NEEDED VIN TO TELL ME WHICH ONES.

The VIN should have broke it down. One option to rule out is the CTS-V pads, since it doesn't appear that is the case. You can also narrow it down by having your RPO option, it will either be JE5 or JL9, because J56 is CTS-V. Your RPO label is on the bottom side of your spare cover.

With that being known, you should have everything you need to find pads. I am not sure what more info could be needed for aftermarket pads, but for o.E. The VIN and /or RPO should do it.
