when im going up a hill or a highway the car doest go fast the speed thing goes up but it doesnt feel or it isnt going fast

Hi:
If I understand correctly, the car looses power on a hill or at highway speeds. If I'm correct, you need to have the fuel pump presure / volume checked. It may not be providing what the engine needs under a load.
