The engine just quits during operation. After the car sits for a few hours or overnight, it will start and run again. I checked the ground and it is secure. It appears to be getting spark, and the engine will crank, but not start. It has a new fuel pump installed last year. Help?

The engine still had a spark, although weak, and no fuel. We replaced the fuel pump in the gas tank last year so it should not be that. Could it be vapor lock? The days when this happened were very hot.
