What the average coolant flange repair cost inclusing labor on a 2003 VW Passat 1.8T?

Standard or auto? Have a look at the attached image. #11 or #24?

If #11, does your 1.8T have SAI?

SAI makes it a bit more time consuming to get at the coolant flange.

It looks like the thermostat coolant housing lower hose connection.
