Lights come on even though battery is dead

Hi my car wont start. It turns over, but wont do anything. Fuel pump sounds like its good. But there is an loss in antifreeze and no pressure in hoses.

No, but it makes a weird noise when starting up. Its not the normal cranking sound. Its a faster than normal.

If it is cranking faster, you may have lost compression. Check engine compression.
