A/C seems to be stuck on and will not turn off, preventing the heater from turning on and warming up the interior.

See if the a/c clutch is locked on, it may be bad an dnot hae enough clearance keepin the airon. Also check to see if both hoses arehot, then check actuator inside car. Check the two vacuum motors i' have pointed out
