My 4Runner will not run no power going to truck yet battery is new and charged

2 days ago I would shut truck off it would not start then tried again and it started, did that a couple of times. Then I left a light on and killed the battery changed to anew one cleaned terminal ends then all it did was make a clicking noise then took termainal ends off and cleaned them now I have nothing no lights no clicking but battery is charged

Will need a test light or meter you have?

No test light just went to check it and now lights work but when I try to start I get nothing and the doors locked up on me
