95 Mustang won't start

Fuel pump was replaced and so was the relay control module car will not start the fuel pump is not kicking on

Check the Inertia switch in the trunk and take a fuel pressure reading when cranking.

Did you check the inertia switch? I believe it is in the trunk on one of the hinges. Make sure the button is depressed or down.
