I have a 95 chevy lumina (car) with the 3.1 engine. It will not start, it will turn over and try to start, and there is fuel present in the air intake and filter housing. What could the problem be?

Engine cranking, any spark at the plugs? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. Engine cranking, is there an injector pulse, use a noid lite. Any applicable trouble codes?
