You would need to test what is missing. The following link shows what to look out for.

For the year modle, such problems could be due to a bad PGM-FI main relay. It is known to intermittently fail resulting in the fuel pump not working.

If the dash indicators lights do not turn on when engine stalled, the fault lies in the ignition switch.
