1992 Honda Accord Car stalled and won't start

I was driving at about 20 mph right after leaving my house and all of a sudden I heard a loud pop. It sounded like a gunshot went off. Then my car stalled and would not start and still won't turn over. Also, when the car rolled to a stop I noticed that it smelled like fireworks or burning inside my vehicle. But I couldn't smell anything from the outside. I looked under the hood, and couldn't see any noticeable damage or anything that looked out of place. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I really need to figure out what could've possibly went wrong.
