Electrical 1989 Dodge Caravan

I have a 1989 Dodge Caravan the turns over but won't start. I am getting no power to the coil and no power to the fuel pump. I have changed the auto start rely. The only codes in the system are 12 and 55. Any ideas?

Is this distributor ignition? There is probably a hall switch in the distributor, that is where the rpm signal comes from. The pcm has to see an rpm signal. I'll double check.
