Water pump replacement

I turned the water pump the wrong way to get it off, now I cannot get it off. What should I do? When I get it to turn, I notice that the pulley in back is also turning.

Good evening.

Try to loosen it again using a lubricant to help release it.

If that does not work, then you may have to replace the housing as well that the pump mounts to.
