Timing belt

I have change the timing belt, but I need what it is distribution time?

Remove the right front wheel.
Position the upper timing cover.
Turn the crankshaft until the markings on the crankshaft and camshaft pulley correspond.
Turn the crankshaft a further quarter turn clockwise and then back again until the markings correspond. The markings are illustrated. Remove the upper timing cover.
The crank sprockets have two notches on it. There is a dimple on the block and it needs to be in between those two notches. When you install belt and tighten the tension-er down turn engine by hand a couple of revolutions and make sure all marks line up again.

Hi, I just want to see how to place the double cams on the timing marks for Volvo s40 2004 model. Show the video, if possible.
