1998 Toyota Sienna Thermostat

I just replace my radiator, after I drive about 10 miles I notice my temp. Gauge was high when I stop to traffic light, as soon as trffic go the temp back to normal, I notice also my heater work only when I driving, but if I stop to the traffic light got a cold air blowing.I think I need to replace my Thermostat also, How difficult to replace and where is the thermostat located?I know it is nuts, bolts, &hoses!I appreciate all the help, I live in the sunshine State.

Very easy job to do.

Ill give you the most common location first. Follow the upper radiator hose, where it meets the engine, if you see two or three bolts on the thing the radiator hose connects to it is the thermostat housing, simply unbolt them and remove the housing and the thermostat. If you dont see that then follow the upper radiator hose to where it meets the engine near the tranny, it will be located in a housing there.
