Cranks no start

I changed the fuel filter and the battery, it wants to start but when you turn ignition key, the battery drains. All dash lights come on. But motor sounds like it is draining.

Remove the battery and have it thoroughly tested at a popular auto parts store, this is usually a free service.

But this is a possibility too! Do what it suggests/no passing things off. See my answer in the link below.

I made mistake on my vehicle info.
Its a 99 Chevy Tahoe
1500 SUV Fully Loaded
Utility Truck.
5.7 Liter / V8 cylinder
2 Wheel drive.

When u spray starter fluid in motor, it starts but when u step on gas pedal it completely dies.

It sounds like the fuel pump has gone bad, please follow this guide to check the pressure.
