2003 Mazda Protege 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 57000 miles

the needles and the turn signal of the instrument cluster won't work. but the hazdard lights and everything else works. what should i do?

IT WAS THE METER FUSE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED THAT IT WAS THE FUSE. IF IT WASN'T FOR MY FRIEND.
