I have a 97 Lincoln Continental, air ride went bad. I want to replace it with regular struts want to know if a another ford car can be used for its struts

Well, if your car is a '97, it only has air in the rear, so to convert the rear. No other Ford/Lincoln parts will work, as you would need a coil spring conversion kit made specifically for your vehicle.
