Recently I started to notice, high idle when I shift into drive. The car jerks, badly. I recently changed the fuel filter.
I think one of the little linkage fell off. Help

With a high idle, block off the mouth of throttle-body, it should shut off the engine. If very little or no effect, you have false air getting in there from somewhere.
Check throttle linkage, make sure throttle valve is closing. Check the throttle return spring, lower arrow.
