Heater blows cold air

Heater blows cold air in front and rear. Hoses going to and from firewall are hot. Replaced thermostat. No change.

Good morning,

The odds of having two blend door motors fail at once are light getting struck by lightning.

The first thing I would do is to remove the hoses from the front and flush out the heater core. Use a garden hose to flush back and forth until all debris is gone and there is an even flow. If that does not work, good chance you will need a heater core.
