Your owners manual should give you the location of fuses and relays. There could be other issues, maybe your low on refrigerant?

Check for trouble codes. Also there are two voltage circuits to the ac clutch relay, switch side and coil side of relay. The computer grounds the coil side of clutch relay in order to energize. If the computer isn't grounding the relay, maybe a trouble code will point you in the right direction.
