My car has a rebuilt title. It was hit on the front passenger side. It has made a clunking noise when I go over bumps and it started feeling a little loose in the steering. I replaced the front struts which tightened the steering and helped a little with the noise but it's still there. It's coming from the passenger front and is only when I hit bumps. I don't notice any noise when turning. What could it be and what do I look for to diagnose so I get the right part fixed?

Hi,

First, is it loud enough for you to record the noise and upload it for me to hear? If so, do that so I can hear what you are dealing with.

As far as things to check, it could be a few things. I attached a pic below and highlighted things to check for play or damage. I don't know what all was replaced after the accident. So, keep in mind, there could be broken/damaged component that was reused.

Take a look and let me know.

Joe
