Water Pump Remover/Installer (J-38816) is required to turn pump assembly.

Drain cooling system. Move engine torque strut for access. Remove air cleaner. Remove water pump belt cover (4 bolts). Remove water pump drive belt, by-pass hose, lower hose and pump cover. Using Remover/Installer (J-38816), rotate water pump assembly clockwise, and remove from vehicle
